14 Daily Right of Withdrawal
As you are not able to get acquainted with the product as thoroughly as in a regular store for purchases made online, you can withdraw from the contract concluded by means of communication within 14 days of the product reaching you in accordance with the Law of Obligations Act. In case of purchase of the service, the term starts from the conclusion of the contract.
With regard to the return of goods, you should know the following:
If the trader has not informed you of the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, you may withdraw from the contract concluded online within 12 months from the day the product reaches you.
Often the postage costs related to the return of the product are paid by the trader, however, the trader may also impose this obligation on you, but then it must be clearly stated in the order conditions.
If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you must be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days after the withdrawal, including the postage you have paid for receiving the goods. You must return the goods to the seller within the same time.
The 14-day right of return does not apply, inter alia: to goods made according to your personal needs (eg according to your measurements)
If you have received the goods ordered via the Internet and there is a defect, you have the right to file a complaint with the seller within two years from the receipt of the goods.
